Hannah attended her first yoga classes in around 2012, with Himalaya Cork. From early on, she knew that she wanted to travel to India one day to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training. In 2023, Hannah was lucky enough to have the opportunity to fulfil her dream.
Ever since that first class, yoga has become an integral part of her life. It has provided unwavering support during challenging times, helping her navigate life’s daily stresses, worries, and even greater struggles. Through yoga, she has gained a deeper understanding of herself, fostering a strong connection between her body and mind. It has been a source of inner strength and tranquility, allowing her to find balance amidst the chaos. Grateful for the valuable lessons learned and the continuous growth through her yoga practice, Hannah is excited to share her journey and empower others to embark on their own transformative paths.
