Chloe Nagle
Teacher

Chloë Nagle is a visual artist and dedicated yoga practitioner with over a decade of experience. She trained under Yogacharya Lalit Kumar whose traditional approach continues to inform her practice. Initially drawn to yoga as a refuge from anxiety and disconnection she found not only tools for support but a deeper sense of connection and resilience. Her yoga practice has helped her cultivate inner and outer strength, move beyond the chatter of the (over)thinking mind and embrace the deeper wisdom of the feeling body. Yoga has helped her expand her creativity and intuition and continues to offer her a way to better understand herself – her quirks, thought patterns and reactions.
As a teacher Chloë’s intention is to create a space where students feel safe, strong and grounded in their bodies. Her classes are light-hearted and welcoming with a focus on finding joy in movement, ease in stillness and perhaps a deeper connection to self along the way. Whether students come to class to deepen their practice, build strength and flexibility, manage stress, slow down or simply find community; Chloë meets them exactly where they are.
