Chloe Nagle
Teacher
Chloe Nagle’s yoga journey began in 2015 when she took a tentative step into the practice by nervously attending free Vinyasa classes offered in her college canteen. Initially, she turned to yoga as a refuge from stress, anxiety, depression, and loneliness. In the beginning, yoga served as a tool to reconnect with her body, providing a space for internal quiet and healing.
As she moved through her adult life, the practice evolved into a sanctuary for safety, community, growth, and self-compassion. It gradually blossomed into a creative and intuitive space, where she learned to engage with her feelings rather than her thoughts.
In 2022, the discovery of Ashtanga Yoga deepened her understanding of yoga as a powerful practice for self-inquiry and self-awareness. This exploration ultimately inspired her to teach, driven by a desire to share the transformative power of yoga with others. As a teacher, her aim is to create an environment where students feel safe, strong, and connected to the present moment, cultivating self-awareness as they embark on their own unique yoga journeys.
