****The Adult Education & Training Exhibition 2014 is taking place in Cork City Hall this week!! *****

We are running 2 free workshops at Cork City Hall on Wednesday 3rd Sept and Thursday 4th Sept at 2pm both days!

Join us for Yoga in Fitzgerald Park on Saturday 17th May 2014!!

Yoga in the Park is making a comeback this weekend!! Whohoo!!!!!!!!!
Cork City Council are re-opening the beautiful, revamped Fitzgerald Park in the Mardyke on Saturday morning and we will be offering FREE YOGA CLASSES on Saturday from early morning to the evening time!!
The schedule is listed below and you can pre-book via the centre!! Call 021-4279696 if you need additional details!!
There will also be lots of other fun stuff happening in the Park so lets pray for good weather!!!

09.15-10.30am Morning Yoga-adult class open to all levels
12.00-12.30pm Kids Yoga class open to kids aged 4 and up
12.40-1.10pm Kids Yoga class open to kids aged 4 and up
2.00-3.00pm Afternoon Yoga-adult class for beginners
3.30-4.30pm Afternoon Yoga-adult class open to all levels
