One of the major benefits of Yoga is that it really is for everybody. It is¬†suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels to increase their health¬†irrespective of body type, age, flexibility or shape.
There are many different options available within each yoga posture that¬†will suit everyone. Many people think you need to be flexible to take part¬†in a yoga class, this is not the case – a great yoga teacher will always have¬†a range of levels available to their students.
Whilst your flexibility and strength will increase from regular yoga practice¬†it is not a pre-requisite to begin. Just as you would not need to speak a¬†language to start learning it you really don‚Äôt need to know anything about¬†yoga to begin!
We have specialty classes especially designed for people who have never¬†done yoga before which will set you up to start on your yoga journey.
Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothes (the kind you might wear to¬†go for a brisk walk) and you are ready to go.¬†We have everything you need at our yoga centre which is a yoga mat,¬†some yoga props and a warm smile from our excellent teachers.
