If you’re looking for a way to combine your yoga practice with meaningful action, join us on Sunday, August 24th for a special Yoga Gives Back morning across our studios in Cork: South Mall, Carrigaline, and Ballincollig studios.

This heart-led event invites our Cork community to come together in solidarity — moving, breathing, and giving back to those in need both near and far. It’s yoga for charity with a purpose, grounded in Ahimsa (non-violence) and ignited by Tapas (inner fire).
