Victoria Duggan

Victoria began to practice yoga in 2014 here with us at Himalaya Yoga Valley Center. Since then she has used yoga as a form of moving meditation and for her it is the best way to calm the mind, reconnect with the body and cultivate self awareness and development.

Her love for Yoga continued to grow and having completed the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training course in August 2017, with Yogachara Lalit Kumar in Himalaya Yoga Valley, Victoria joined our team in December 2017. She brings a meditative quality to her classes with a focus on the breath and the enriching benefits each asana has to offer the body and mind.
