Pre-registration is required for Workshops, Pregnancy Yoga, Kids & Preteen Yoga. If you wish to book any classes you can do so online at the schedule & booking page, by phone/email, or simply drop in before your class, but be aware that classes do fill up so pre-booking is recommended. You can book online as unpaid and pay on arrival at reception or at the time of booking by debit/credit card. Please note teachers can occasionally change due to scheduling needs and will be updated as soon as possible online.  Please see schedule to February 14th below.
